Might as well just: 干脆 / 索性
…,干脆 / 索性 + Drastic Simple Option · Traditional: …,乾脆 / 索性 + Drastic Simple Option
When a situation is messy, 干脆 (gāncuì) proposes cutting through it with one clean, slightly drastic move: 电影票卖完了,我们干脆回家吧 "the tickets are sold out — let's just go home."
索性 (suǒxìng) works the same way but leans more written, and often describes a decision already made rather than a suggestion. Both carry a "forget the complicated options" flavor that plain 就 doesn't have.
