随着 + Change,Subj. + also changes · Traditional: 隨著 + Change,Subj. + also changes
随着 (suízhe) links two changes that move together: 随着天气变热,来公园的人越来越多 "as the weather gets hotter, more and more people come to the park". The 随着 clause names an ongoing change; the main clause tells what changes along with it — 越来越 is its favorite partner.
It's slightly formal, more at home in writing and news than in chat. And it needs a real process after it: a state or a reason (他是老师) doesn't work — that's 因为 territory.
