On one hand … on the other: 一方面…另一方面…
一方面 A，另一方面 B
一方面…另一方面… lays out two sides of one matter — usually two reasons or two effects: 我学中文，一方面是为了工作，另一方面是因为喜欢 "I study Chinese partly for work, partly because I like it".
Save it for weighing reasons and consequences. For two simple qualities of a thing ("tasty and cheap"), 既…又… is the right tool — 一方面 there sounds like a business meeting.

wǒ xué zhōng wén yī fāng miàn shì wèi le gōng zuò lìng yī fāng miàn shì yīn wèi xǐ huan
I study Chinese partly for work and partly because I enjoy it.
运动一方面对身体好，另一方面让人开心。

yùn dòng yī fāng miàn duì shēn tǐ hǎo lìng yī fāng miàn ràng rén kāi xīn
Exercise is good for your body on one hand, and it makes you happy on the other.

tā bù xiǎng qù yī fāng miàn tài yuǎn lìng yī fāng miàn piào yě tài guì le
He doesn't want to go — for one thing it's too far, and for another the tickets are too expensive.
Common mistakes
✗ 这个菜一方面好吃，另一方面便宜。
✓ 这个菜既好吃又便宜。
Two simple qualities take 既…又… — 一方面…另一方面 weighs reasons or sides of a matter.
