The most: 最

最 + Adj. / 最 + 喜欢  ·  Traditional: 最 + Adj. / 最 + 喜歡

最 (zuì) in front of an adjective makes it "the most": 最好 "the best", 最贵 "the most expensive". No word-ending changes, no "more/most" juggling — just add 最.

It also attaches to feeling verbs: 我最喜欢… "my favorite is…" (literally "I most like").
