The Dream Creator: The Story of Walt Disney

很久hěn jiǔ以前yǐ qián，有yǒu一个yī gè叫jiào华特huá tè的de男孩nán hái。A long time ago, there was a boy named Walt.他tā特别tè bié喜欢xǐ huan画画huà huà，也yě喜欢xǐ huan做zuò各种gè zhǒng梦mèng。He especially liked drawing and also liked having all kinds of dreams.他tā的de梦想mèng xiǎng特别tè bié大dà。His dreams were particularly big.

华特huá tè出生chū shēng于yú1901年nián，在zài美国měi guó芝加哥zhī jiā gē。Walt was born in 1901 in Chicago, America.小时候xiǎo shí hou，他tā家里jiā lǐ并不bìng bù富裕fù yù，但dàn他tā很hěn快乐kuài lè。When he was young, his family was not wealthy, but he was very happy.他tā热爱rè ài画画huà huà，也yě迷mí火车huǒ chē，常常cháng cháng在zài纸zhǐ上shàng画出huà chū他tā心中xīn zhōng的de奇妙qí miào世界shì jiè。He loved drawing, was also fascinated by trains, and often drew the wonderful world in his heart on paper.

长大zhǎng dà以后yǐ hòu，华特huá tè决定jué dìng去qù加州jiā zhōu闯荡chuǎng dàng。After growing up, Walt decided to go to California to venture out.他tā带着dài zhe仅有的jǐn yǒu de20美元和hé满满mǎn mǎn的de梦想mèng xiǎng，和hé哥哥gē ge罗伊luó yī一起yī qǐ创办chuàng bàn了le一个yī gè小小的xiǎo xiǎo de动画dòng huà工作室gōng zuò shì。He brought only 20 dollars and full of dreams, and together with his brother Roy founded a small animation studio.他们tā men给gěi它tā起名qǐ míng叫jiào“迪士尼dí shì ní兄弟xiōng dì工作室gōng zuò shì”。They named it “Disney Brothers Studio”.

然而rán ér，成功chéng gōng之路zhī lù并不bìng bù容易róng yì。However, the road to success was not easy.一开始yī kāi shǐ，华特huá tè创造chuàng zào了le一个yī gè名叫míng jiào“幸运xìng yùn兔子tù zi奥斯华ào sī huá”的de卡通kǎ tōng角色jué sè，很hěn受欢迎shòu huān yíng。At first, Walt created a cartoon character named “Oswald the Lucky Rabbit”, which was very popular.令人lìng rén遗憾yí hàn的de是shì，后来hòu lái因为yīn wèi版权bǎn quán纠纷jiū fēn，华特huá tè失去shī qù了le这个zhè ge角色jué sè。Unfortunately, later due to copyright disputes, Walt lost this character.这zhè让ràng他tā非常fēi cháng沮丧jǔ sàng。This made him very frustrated.

一次yī cì，华特huá tè坐zuò火车huǒ chē回家huí jiā，心情xīn qíng低落dī luò。Once, Walt took the train home, feeling low.就jiù在zài途中tú zhōng，一个yī gè新的xīn de灵感líng gǎn突然tū rán闪现shǎn xiàn。On the way, a new inspiration suddenly appeared.他tā拿出ná chū一个yī gè信封xìn fēng，在zài背面bèi miàn画huà了le一个yī gè全新quán xīn的de卡通kǎ tōng形象xíng xiàng——一只yī zhī可爱kě ài的de老鼠lǎo shǔ。He took out an envelope and drew a brand new cartoon image on the back — a cute mouse.他tā给gěi它tā取名qǔ míng“米老鼠mǐ lǎo shǔ”。He named it “Mickey Mouse”.

1928年yī jiǔ èr bā nián，米老鼠mǐ lǎo shǔ首次shǒu cì亮相liàng xiàng于yú动画dòng huà短片duǎn piàn《汽船威利qì chuán wēi lì》。In 1928, Mickey Mouse first appeared in the animated short film “Steamboat Willie”.这部zhè bù动画dòng huà非常fēi cháng特别tè bié，因为yīn wèi它tā是shì世界上shì jiè shàng第一部dì yī bù拥有yōng yǒu同步tóng bù声音shēng yīn的de动画片dòng huà piàn！This animation was very special because it was the world's first animated film with synchronized sound!米老鼠mǐ lǎo shǔ能néng说话shuō huà、吹口哨chuī kǒu shào，令lìng观众们guān zhòng men感到gǎn dào无比wú bǐ新奇xīn qí和hé兴奋xīng fèn。Mickey Mouse could speak and whistle, making the audience feel extremely novel and excited.很快hěn kuài，米老鼠mǐ lǎo shǔ就jiù变得biàn de家喻户晓jiā yù hù xiǎo。Soon, Mickey Mouse became a household name.

后来hòu lái，华特huá tè的de梦想mèng xiǎng变得biàn de更gèng宏伟hóng wěi。Later, Walt's dreams became more grand.他tā决心jué xīn制作zhì zuò一部yī bù长篇cháng piān动画dòng huà电影diàn yǐng，片名piàn míng定为dìng wéi《白雪bái xuě公主gōng zhǔ与yǔ七个qī gè小xiǎo矮人ǎi rén》。He decided to produce a feature-length animated film, titled “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”.当时dāng shí，很多hěn duō人rén都dōu认为rèn wéi这zhè太tài冒险mào xiǎn了le，因为yīn wèi从来cóng lái没有méi yǒu人rén制作zhì zuò过guò这么zhè me长cháng的de动画dòng huà电影diàn yǐng。At that time, many people thought this was too risky, because no one had ever made such a long animated film.但是dàn shì，电影diàn yǐng上映shàng yìng后hòu大获dà huò成功chéng gōng！However, the movie was a huge success after its release!许多xǔ duō观众guān zhòng看得kàn de开怀kāi huái大笑dà xiào又yòu感动gǎn dòng落泪luò lèi。Many viewers laughed heartily and were moved to tears.

这zhè之后zhī hòu，华特huá tè又yòu孕育yùn yù了le一个yī gè更gèng了不起liǎo bu qǐ的de梦想mèng xiǎng。After this, Walt conceived an even more remarkable dream.他tā想xiǎng建造jiàn zào一个yī gè神奇shén qí之地zhī dì，让ràng孩子hái zi和hé大人们dà rén men都dōu能néng沉浸chén jìn在zài他tā创造chuàng zào的de梦幻mèng huàn故事gù shi中zhōng。He wanted to build a magical place where children and adults could all immerse themselves in the fantastical stories he created.1955年nián，这个zhè ge梦想mèng xiǎng成真chéng zhēn了le——“迪士尼乐园dí shì ní lè yuán”在zài加州jiā zhōu正式zhèng shì开园kāi yuán。In 1955, this dream came true — “Disneyland” officially opened in California.这zhè不仅仅bù jǐn jǐn是shì个gè普通pǔ tōng游乐园yóu lè yuán。This was not just an ordinary amusement park.而是ér shì一个yī gè能néng让ràng所有suǒ yǒu到访者dào fǎng zhě体验tǐ yàn快乐kuài lè、相信xiāng xìn梦想mèng xiǎng可以kě yǐ成真chéng zhēn的de奇妙qí miào世界shì jiè。But a wonderful world where all visitors can experience joy and believe that dreams can come true.

华特huá tè心中xīn zhōng还hái规划guī huà着zhe一个yī gè更大gèng dà的de梦想mèng xiǎng：在zài美国měi guó佛罗里达州fó luó lǐ dá zhōu建造jiàn zào一个yī gè规模guī mó更gèng宏大hóng dà的de乐园lè yuán——“迪士尼世界dí shì ní shì jiè”。Walt had an even bigger dream in his heart: to build a grander scale park in Florida, USA — “Disney World”.然而rán ér非常fēi cháng可惜kě xī的de是shì，1966年yī jiǔ liù liù nián，华特huá tè因病yīn bìng去世qù shì了le，未能wèi néng亲眼qīn yǎn见证jiàn zhèng它tā的de落成luò chéng。However, it's very regrettable that in 1966, Walt passed away due to illness and could not personally witness its completion.

虽然suī rán华特huá tè已经yǐ jīng离开lí kāi我们wǒ men，但dàn他的tā de梦想mèng xiǎng却què永远yǒng yuǎn活着huó zhe。Although Walt has already left us, his dreams live on forever.今天jīn tiān，每当měi dāng人们rén men看到kàn dào迪士尼dí shì ní城堡chéng bǎo上空shàng kōng绽放zhàn fàng的de美丽měi lì烟火yān huǒ，或是huò shì米老鼠mǐ lǎo shǔ热情rè qíng地de向xiàng游客们yóu kè men挥手huī shǒu致意zhì yì时shí，Today, whenever people see the beautiful fireworks blooming over the Disney castle, or Mickey Mouse enthusiastically waving to the tourists,都会dōu huì深深shēn shēn记得jì de这位zhè wèi用yòng画笔huà bǐ和hé想象力xiǎng xiàng lì创造chuàng zào梦想mèng xiǎng奇迹qí jì的de人rén——华特huá tè·迪士尼dí shì ní。they will deeply remember this person who created miracles of dreams with a paintbrush and imagination — Walt Disney.
