A New Morning

第二天dì èr tiān早上zǎo shang，小郭xiǎo guō起得qǐ de很早hěn zǎo。The next morning, Xiao Guo wakes up early.他tā做了zuò le早饭zǎo fàn，有yǒu鸡蛋jī dàn和hé牛奶niú nǎi。He makes breakfast — eggs and milk.天气tiān qì很好hěn hǎo，太阳tài yáng刚gāng出来chū lái。The weather is nice; the sun is just rising.他tā想着xiǎng zhe：“今天jīn tiān一定yí dìng会huì顺利shùn lì。”He thinks, “Today will go smoothly.”

走到zǒu dào地铁站dì tiě zhàn时shí，他tā看到kàn dào一个yí gè老人lǎo rén摔倒了shuāi dǎo le。When he walks to the subway station, he sees an old man fall down.很多人hěn duō rén看着kàn zhe，但dàn没人méi rén过去guò qù。Many people look, but no one goes over.小郭xiǎo guō马上mǎ shàng跑过去pǎo guò qù，帮bāng老人lǎo rén站起来zhàn qǐ lái。Xiao Guo quickly runs over and helps the old man stand up.老人lǎo rén笑着xiào zhe说shuō：“谢谢你xiè xie nǐ，小伙子xiǎo huǒ zi。”The old man smiles and says, “Thank you, young man.”小郭xiǎo guō也yě笑了xiào le，心里xīn lǐ觉得jué de今天jīn tiān真不错zhēn bú cuò。Xiao Guo smiles too and feels that today is truly a good day.
