An Evening Alone

下班xià bān以后yǐ hòu，小郭xiǎo guō回到huí dào家jiā。After work, Xiao Guo goes home.他tā一进门yí jìn mén，就jiù脱下tuō xià鞋子xié zi和hé外套wài tào。As soon as he enters, he takes off his shoes and jacket.房间fáng jiān不大bú dà，但dàn很干净hěn gān jìng。His room isn’t big, but it’s clean.

他tā打开dǎ kāi灯dēng，放下fàng xià包bāo，坐在zuò zài沙发shā fā上shàng。He turns on the light, puts down his bag, and sits on the sofa.电脑diàn nǎo在zài桌上zhuō shàng，他tā没开méi kāi。The computer is on the desk, but he doesn’t turn it on.他tā只是zhǐ shì静静地jìng jìng de看着kàn zhe窗外chuāng wài的de夜色yè sè。He just quietly looks at the night outside the window.街上jiē shàng的de灯dēng一点一点yì diǎn yì diǎn亮起来liàng qǐ lái。The streetlights slowly light up one by one.小郭xiǎo guō轻声qīng shēng说shuō：“明天míng tiān，我要wǒ yào更认真gèng rèn zhēn。”Xiao Guo softly says, “Tomorrow, I’ll be more careful.”
