The Snow Queen
从前，有一对好朋友叫凯和格尔达。Once upon a time, there was a pair of good friends named Kai and Gerda.一天，魔鬼造的魔镜碎片掉进凯的眼睛和心里。One day, fragments of a magic mirror made by the devil fell into Kai's eyes and heart.这让他变得冷酷无情。This made him cold and heartless.后来，冰雪女王带走了凯，把他困在冰做的宫殿里。Later, the Snow Queen took Kai away and trapped him in a palace made of ice.
格尔达决定去找凯。Gerda decided to go find Kai.她乘小船漂流，遇到会魔法的老奶奶。She drifted on a small boat and met an old grandmother who could do magic.在森林里冻得发抖时，又被强盗抓住。While shivering in the forest, she was captured by robbers.幸好强盗的小女儿心软，放了她，还送她一只驯鹿带路。Luckily, the robber's little daughter took pity, freed her, and gave her a reindeer to guide the way.
驯鹿带着格尔达跑到冰雪女王的宫殿。The reindeer led Gerda to the Snow Queen's palace.她看见凯坐在冰地上，正用冻僵的手拼一块冰做的拼图。She saw Kai sitting on the ice, trying to piece together an ice puzzle with frozen hands.原来女王说：“只要拼出‘永恒’这个词，你就自由了！”The queen had said, 'If you can spell out 'eternity,' you will be free!'可凯的心像冰块一样，怎么也拼不出来。But Kai's heart was like ice and couldn’t piece it together.
格尔达冲过去紧紧抱住凯，眼泪一颗颗掉在他胸口。Gerda rushed over and hugged Kai tightly, tears falling one by one onto his chest.温暖的眼泪融化了魔镜碎片，凯终于认出她，哭着说：“格尔达！我怎么在这里？”Her warm tears melted the mirror shards; Kai finally recognized her, crying, 'Gerda! How did I get here?'
这时，拼图突然自己组成了“永恒”—冰雪女王的魔法消失了！Suddenly, the puzzle formed 'eternity,' and the Snow Queen’s magic vanished!两个小伙伴手拉手跑回家，发现门口的玫瑰花开得比任何时候都鲜艳。The two friends ran home hand in hand, finding the roses at the door more vibrant than ever.
寓意：真心的友情能融化最寒冷的冰。Moral: True friendship can melt the coldest ice.
