对 + Person + 来说，+ Comment · Traditional: 對 + Person + 來說，+ Comment
对…来说 frames whose point of view a statement is true from: 对我来说，中文不太难 "for me, Chinese isn't too hard". The person goes between 对 and 来说, and the comment follows as its own clause, usually after a comma.
The same frame generalizes as 一般来说 "generally speaking": 一般来说，南方人喜欢吃米饭. Just don't drop the 来 — 对我说 is a different animal that means "say (it) to me".

duì wǒ lái shuō zhōng wén bù tài nán
For me, Chinese isn't too hard.
对他来说，家人最重要。
對他來說，家人最重要。
duì tā lái shuō jiā rén zuì zhòng yào

对孩子来说，睡觉很重要。
對孩子來說，睡覺很重要。
duì hái zi lái shuō shuì jiào hěn zhòng yào
For kids, sleep is very important.
一般来说，南方人喜欢吃米饭。
一般來說，南方人喜歡吃米飯。
yī bān lái shuō nán fāng rén xǐ huan chī mǐ fàn
Generally speaking, southerners like to eat rice.
Common mistakes
✗ 对我说，中文不太难。
✓ 对我来说，中文不太难。
Without 来, 对我说 just means "say to me" — the viewpoint frame needs the full 对…来说.
