Confident 的: 他会来的
A 的 at the very end of a statement adds quiet certainty — "trust me, it will be so": 他会来的 "he'll come, don't worry", 我不会骗你的 "I won't lie to you". It's the go-to move for reassuring someone.
It teams up especially with 会: 会…的 promises the thing WILL happen — 问题会解决的 "the problem will get solved". Don't confuse it with 是…的, which spotlights a detail of something that already happened; this 的 points forward.
