Never again: 再也不…了

Subj. + 再也 + 不 / 没 + Verb + 了  ·  Traditional: Subj. + 再也 + 不 / 沒 + Verb + 了

再也不…了 (zài yě bù…le) slams the door on an action forever: 这家店太贵了,我再也不来了 "this place is too expensive — I'm never coming back." The 再也 makes the refusal total, and the final 了 seals the change of heart.

With 没 instead of 不, it reports a past streak that never broke: 那次以后,她再也没有迟到过 "after that time, she never once was late again."
